The sequence of work on the design project
In order to give you a clear understanding of how a design project is developed and implemented in our studio, let's look at the main stages:
1. Preparation of terms of reference
When communicating with you, we collect all the necessary information:

technical conditions of the object and its features.
Detailed terms of reference allows you to make the project faster without unnecessary rework and saves you time at the design stage.
2. Development of a planning solution
We divide the premises of a residential facility into functional areas, based on its dimensions, ergonomic standards and individual preferences of the customer.
At this stage, a detailed development of a comfortable layout for you takes place, which can be agreed upon and implemented at the next stages.
3. Collage
We will make the collage of the interior, offer you stylistic decisions, a color solution, volumetric solutions in the interior. Based on the collage, we will make 3D visualization.
4. Project visualization of the future apartment
At the stage of 3D visualization, you get the opportunity to see on photorealistic images what your future interior will look like, and you will also be able to evaluate the style, color scheme, combination of materials, furniture and decor.
Visualization is presented together with a table for the selection of furniture and materials. Thus, you will see the selected items individually and in combination with each other.

5. Preparation of a working draft.
At this stage, we are developing a working draft and preparing the design of a complete design project, the entire set of drawings, according to which professional builders will bring your project to life.
A working draft is a dimensional instruction for the interior for both workers and other contractors involved in the repair. Drawings allow you to accurately prepare an estimate of work for builders, provide transparency in the pricing of repair work, and minimize unpredictable additional work according to the estimate.
6. Author's supervision
Author's supervision helps you to realize the project the way it was conceived. The project designer advises the workers and all other contractors, thereby closing a lot of questions during the implementation and freeing up your time.
Author's supervision includes consultations and recommendations on the design project:

4 times a month we come to the site and check that the workers and other project participants clearly follow the drawings. We provide advice and guidance as needed.
7. Construction management
We organize the construction process and free up your time. You get a turnkey project and all repair problems do not concern you. You will need to appear at the site only at the reception of works.
In the case of management, there will be a manager at the facility who will coordinate and organize all participants in the facility. Instead of regular visits to the site, you will be doing your favorite things or work - we take care of all the construction.
