The sequence of work on the design project
1. Terms of reference
At the stage of the technical task, the designer, first of all, begins to study the object, collects all the necessary information about it, writes down all the wishes of the customer regarding the future design project. After that, we move on to the measurement plan of the object. Measurements are made with an accuracy of half a centimeter of each corner of the room. This is done so that there is no overspending of materials during the implementation of the project, and so that we understand exactly what you need.
2. Planning solution
This stage of work on the design project is one of the most important. Based on your personal preferences, knowledge of ergonomics and building codes, we divide all the premises of the facility into functional zones and are engaged in the detailed development of a convenient and optimal layout for you.
3. Collage
We will make the collage of the interior, offer you stylistic decisions, a color solution, volumetric solutions in the interior. Based on the collage, we will make sketch and 3D visualization.
4. Sketch
Represents simple images using 3D graphics. Sketches provide an opportunity to understand and imagine how commercial interiors will look like. At this stage, we deal with the geometry.
5. Visualization
So that you can see how the materials of walls, floors, furniture and everything else that we have selected for you will be combined in your future interior, we make a visualization of the project, which is almost a photograph of the future interior. 7. Author's supervision

1. Control and consultation of builders
Weekly, once a week, we visit the site and check the work of the builders so that they do not deviate from the drawings. We provide advice and guidance as needed.
2. Decoration
As soon as the repair work is over, we start decorating and bring the interior to life. We select the details: paintings, figurines, frames, bedspreads, pillows and other little things.
8. Complete set of the object
Completion of the object by our forces is needed in order to save your time for communication with suppliers, as well as money.
What is included:
— we communicate with suppliers during the purchase, prepare and check invoices;
— we will look for a contractor and supplier for the selected product;
— we agree on the best discount for you;
— if necessary, we go and pay;
— we agree on delivery (so that the goods are on time at the facility);
— accept goods at the facility;
— if there is a defect, we agree on a replacement;
— we look for an analogue of the product, if it was suddenly discontinued (this happens often lately).
